This little branch has been my go to branch since ACU closed the Harrow location. The Broadway people are very nice and accommodating. A smart group of people working there. I wish ACU would open more small branches like this in the Osborne Village and the Corydon area. The TD Canada Trust at Corydon and Wilton are very busy. I hope ACU does not closed this convenient little branch.

Its a good bank but the bank teller by the name jackie he is a guy is not welcoming at all didnt tell me if am done with the transaction didnt keep me on the loop he is going to call vankit didn’t ask if I needed anything else bad communication skills my guy dont be at the front desk if you cant handle it just stay in the other officeNice bank though

Thanks to the teller for loudly announcing as I deposit the inflation cheque that my account is currently -$450 in overdraft. I REALLY appreciate the heads up and I’m sure the rest of the patrons waiting in line loved hearing how much of a financial mess my life is!!!Unbelievable. You don’t think I’m aware that my account is overdrawn? Absolutely terribly customer service to loudly announce something like that in front of everyone that a customers account is that heavily overdrawn.

GREAT!! I didn't realize that I had forgotten my bank card at home until I got there. They were able to verify me using my Drivers License so I didn't waste a bus ride.

Fantastic place - great service! The tellers and MSRs are very helpful, if you're interested in anything at all (more savings or loans options, overdraft protection, a credit card that suits your needs) they're keen to assist you.I'm super impressed how professional they are even when dealing with the odd unruly member. (Pro tip: Cashing-out your partner's pay cheque is a crime so don't yell at the tellers for their refusal to do it.)

Always have had great service. Tellers are more than friendly and will take the time to help with you have any questions or concerns. I have been going there quite awhile and cannot get overdraft protection. That is my only complaint.This is the best bank that I have ever dealt with!!!!!!
