The whole experience from going to the store to having my chairs delivered was fantastic. Sarah and Suzanne at the Crowfoot store gave me wonderful service and helped me pick out colours and styles that would suit my home. The chairs were delivered on time, the delivery app was easy to use and my delivery people were professional and friendly. Very happy with my purchase.

I LOVE Urban Barn Crowfoot! All of the staff at this store go above and beyond every time I visit which is often as I am a Realtor who stages my own listings. From panicked shopping rushes before photo shoots to sending me emails about new floor model sales, I could not ask for a better partner in my business. I got a white king duvet cover and 2 shams, throw pillows and a plant stand.While the other items seemed pretty good and solid. The duvet cover was of low quality and I got it for over $200. The fabric has a lot of white particles coming off it and I'm African so that means getting a lot of white cotton in my hair which will eventually make my hair strands split and break off. I thought if I washed it, it would come off but it made it worse. I regret buying this item from Urban Barn and it cost me the most.I have wrapped it up and kept it in my storage room because I don't even know what to do with it. I can't give it out because I can't use it myself.I don't recommend getting any form of duvet covers from Urban Barn because of my experience.

I had ordered a clock online that was damaged in transit. Crowfoot had one left that they set aside for me. Super friendly service and they made sure the clock was in good condition before I took it home. I felt well looked after. Thank you!

Customer service at the Crowfoot Urban barn this morning was terrible. 3 clerks barely spoke to me, dumped my product beside me and I had to take it out of the box, no offer of help. Not my usual experience here but so disappointing not sure when I will return. Maybe hire people with better customer service that actually like their jobs and know what their jobs are....service

No one is in your face but you know that if you have a question it will be answered. Thank you DanicaThe only suggestion I have is they need a bigger desk area in the Crowfoot store and another till. I'm always waiting to purchase something because the tills are being used."
