The team at this branch lack customer service training and becomes combative if point out their shortcomings. I have been coming to this branch for 12 years and find it getting worse over the years.

Its been quite a few times I have visited this branch and noticed that the female staff is nice, courteous and knowledgable where as male staff is rude and robotic and you always have to repeat things twice to make him understand. There is always a nicer way to say things, specially if you are in customer facing roles. 2 star for female staff and enough parking space.

Well tbh, the whole management sitting in the front needs to be changed….their manager first of all is rude and non-cooperative and does not oblige the customers for their time that they put on…I have been going this branch for almost a year now and every-time, I have to wait almost 20-30 mins and csr have no authority at all to take a simple decisions, for every single thing they go to their rude manager and get instructions. Csr’s must be trained properly and should know how to cater customer simple needs. Very bad customer service and manager needs to be changed immediately.

It was really ridiculous. There was huge line up, only one counter open. Rest of employees are talking on side including managers. It is not first time happened

Glad to know it wasn’t just a me thing. Terrible experience. Went in because I was pre-approved for a new credit card. They said they had no idea what I was talking about but they was no pre-approval. Went to different Branch and they could see it and helped me get my card. Steer clear

Worst TD experience ever. I have been banking with TD for a very long time and never had an issue but this branch refused me help me at a time when I needed help the most. It was my closing day but they refused me offer me any help with my bank draft. The tellers as well as the manager are totally useless. Avoid going to this branch and save your time. I went to other branch and they helped me and i was able to close on my property.Close this branch
