James was very knowledgeable and professional. He climbed into my attic and found the problem. He took the extra mile to make sure my home was safe. He wrote up a thorough summary so I could send it to the builders (which were not helpful). I will use vent wizards again as well as I highly recommend them.

We were referred to Dryer Vent Wizard as the only place to call to resolve a persistent issue with our dryer likely related to the dryer vent.While their contact center experience was not the best, the original referrer provided us with an alternate way to reach James directly; and less than 24 hours later he made it a point to drop by in person.James took a thorough approach, explaining what he would do, providing a cost estimate, and only proceeding after our concurrence; including cleaning up once done in the attic.He knows his trade and being the franchise owner, James also understands the value of a good customer experience and referral.We recommend that James be one’s first call if one needs a dryer vent cleaned and/or maintained.

Called 3-4 other service providers before find James @ Dryer vent wizards. It was a tough job on the second floor and he had to go into the attic. James didn’t grumble and got the job done right! 5 full stars, highly recommended.

A+ service!! I found out we had birds nesting in our dryer vent on the 2nd storey plus we had not cleaned our dryer vent in 10 years so we called Dryer vent wizard. He took care of everything: bird’s nest removal, sanitizing, cleaning out the lint, replacing our vent and the connector inside. Thank you so much! Highly recommend. Don’t hire anyone else.

Anyone that is having dryer vent issues or for those require a cleaning need to call James. We have a home built in 2016 and the original builders put the dryer vent into a wall spacing that gave it only 1-2 inches of room and added a bunch of unnessecary elbows in the attic. This resulted in next to no air flow through the line and we were having burning out heating coils in our dryer which caused a significant fire risk. After having to replace the dryer, the new set showed a 90% airflow restriction. I was fed up with the issues and so I called James. Immediately James evaluated the old system told me what was wrong and why with support of a several pictures. The result was putting in a whole new line. James did it at an incredibly reasonable price and in a short amount of time for a new dryer line that exceeded expectations. I went from near no airflow to 24.6 mph measured at the end of the line at my roof vent. Thank you so much James!! Customer for life.

James was great and took the time to explain everything he was doing in great detail instead of just rushing in and rushing out. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended. We’ve had vent cleaners push the lint around but this guy got into the attic, took the ducts apart and cleaned out 15 years of build up. Dryer works properly for the first time in years.

Absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent. James was on time, worked quickly, provided before and after photos, air flow evaluation, and was priced extremely reasonably. Highly recommend!

We would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!James was very professional , explained everything and did an excellent job!!!Our dryer is located on the 2-d floor. James went to the attic to inspect and found the problem.There was a screen attached to the gooseneck and it was fully clogged with lint.He took pictures before and after, prepared a report for us.
