My first time here. Kim was great. Fast service and didnt try to talk me into a service I didnt want or need. Very sweet and accomodating. Nail shape was on point and toe polish was amazing. Nice people. Highly recommend!

My finger nails were very uneven. The girl was playing on her phone in-between polish applications. The pedicure was literally the most basic I've ever had. Not even a radio on for background noise. Very disappointed by the whole experience.

Amazing service. I got solar manicure and shellac pedi and my nails are perfect and natural looking. Really takes care and puts in time to do a good job. Highly recommend. Will be returning for my fill.

Went here yesterday and was very pleased with my set of acrylic nails. Kim is an absolute gem. My job uses my hands physically and she made sure to give extra attention to my nails to make them extra strong. I would highly recommend this place. Small and intimate

Wouldn't recommend - the lady was nice and it felt clean enough, but the quality of work was very poor. It was very rushed and is wearing poorly. I commented on one of the nails after they were done and instead of fixing it/adding additional polish, she cut that piece out.Would recommend going to Luxe in Uptown Waterloo instead, slightly more expensive but much better quality and experience.
