Great customer service, warm environment and good permanent jewelry.I had a bracelet done and the pricing is very reasonable for the jewelry you get. Any reasonable adjustments or maintenance needed are also included, which is great as I needed to return a week later for a slight adjustment to the bracelet.Make sure you book an appointment beforehand, as they don't seem to always be open/available for walk-ins (lots of online availability)P.s. they also have a lovely seating area to leave your boyfriend/SO while you get your jewelry done ;)

Went to a pop up for NYMJ at La Creme in St. Jacob’s last month. Best experience ever! Definitely won’t be my last permanent jewellery purchase as I can’t wait to get new additions with my sisters!

I’m obsessed with NYMJ! The prices for the quality are so impressive, and I’ve loved every piece I’ve bought. The owner is so incredibly helpful and makes the whole experience fun. I’m not sure I’ll buy jewelry online from anyone but her again. Really can’t recommend enough, and I consider myself a jewelry connoisseur :)

Great atmosphere and amazing customer service. Brought in a solid gold anklet from home where the clasp had broke to see if it could become permanent jewelry, it ended up being too short without the clasp and couldn’t be welded together. She fixed my anklet clasp for me while I picked out one of their links in stock to get a permanent bracelet. My permanent bracelet is so cute and the process was great! Would recommend & I’ll also be back!

I love the jewellery and how it was done but it was a bit tough because there are no prices shown anywhere on the board of charms and bracelets. We were told the price of things but there was so much that it was impossible to keep track of, and we would get excited about a certain charm only to be told it was $400. This happened multiple times and it made the process frustrating because we couldn’t just see the prices and make a decision - we were going back and forth for 30 minutes because we would pick something we liked and then get told it was out of our price range. Made it really confusing and we ended up just giving up and only getting the chains - which are beautiful but I wish the prices were out in the open so we could make informed decisions without having to be told the price of every individual item and expected to remember it all.

I got a permanent bracelet out of province that started to stretch. I came here to get it shortened. The owner was very kind and patient. Would recommend to friends and family!
