Just been to the Tim's across from Stone Rd Mall in Guelph. Sad to say the young gentleman who served us could do with a little customer service training.He couldn't be bothered to help when we asked for sleeves and napkins he threw the sleeves onto the counter then just pointed to the napkins behind the counter so we had to lean over behind the counter to get them.

The guy who was making the order was very rude . I ordered potato wedges first of all he called me very rudely and he told me we are out of potato wedges you can take hashbrown like seriously and I told him no after that he behaved very badly. Atleast be respectful to person learn how to talk with them.

There are lots of Tim Horton’s around the city obviously but this one is very pleasant. It all starts with the staff and they look very well organized and knowledgeable.Visited with my neighbour for a quick lunch after errands and the place was clean and does not look understaffed. Good and drink was done in a timely and efficient manner.Highly noted. Thanks.

I’m obsessed with Tim’s coffee and this location is fantastic!!! Fast service and great customer care!The muffins are super yummy and the farmers wraps are always a must!The these bad reviews must have been having a bad day because I haven’t experienced any of that.Thanks for making me smile Tim’s!!!!

Staff shortage, customers lined up out to the sidewalk. Purchased a thermos for $25 plus tax. No instructions included. Lid becomes an extremely small cup. Pushing a button on the stopper opens the flow. Tried to take a drink and it poured out another opening scalding my chin and my chest. Coffee was luke warm in less than two hours. Purchased in Guelph but I live in London so I contacted tims corperate and I'm waiting for a response. This is the worst design I have ever seen. In the past when you bought a travel thermos, tims would fill it at no charge, guess not any more, but maybe the staff was not properly trained.

This particular location was very small and congested. As hard as the friendly staff tried they could not keep up with the overwhelming demands regarding customer service.Simple things such as a donut and a coffee took five to 10 minutes to complete the order and it was obvious that the facility was overwhelmed and under stress.The lineup inside the facility was at least six or seven people lining up and each order taking up to 10 minutes to complete. I feel the workflow needs to be reassessed and perhaps better organized.Standing in line 20 minutes at a Tim Hortons is unacceptable in my opinion.

This location's posted hours are a bald-faced lie — they are NOT open 24 hours, despite what they keep changing them too here. They don't accept walk-in patrons before 6:00AM or after 10:00PM.Beyond that, this is easily the worst Tim's location in the city. They're painfully slow, they're consistently out of literally everything, and it genuinely feels like they go to a concerted effort to make sure every order that leaves the door is wrong in some way. Staff are rude, order quality is mediocre at best, and the manager clearly has zero interest.Don't bother with this location. There are much better options in the immediate vicinity that don't treat their customers as though they're an inconvenience.

Consistently the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The slowest service I've ever experienced, and it doesn't matter what time of day or how busy it is, just awful. Staff aren't friendly, or helpful at all. I've had to remind them several times about a drink order that never got made.Definitely the last time I'll visit that location, McDonald's from now on.
