After our flood I required a backwater valve. After 1 hour I received a return call from Wes to set up a visit. The same day I was visited and an installation was scheduled.The work was completed as specified and exactly on time. I will definitely use PlumbTech again. Very impressive team!I called Wes and explained the leak we were having. He sent over very knowledgeable techs to repair the leak and replace the main shut-off valve. I was incredibly glad he could fit us in so quickly and that his team was very respectful of my requests (masks/shoe booties). Their work was timely, professional, clean, and precise! I will definitely be calling in the future for any plumbing needs!

We were doing home renovations and found a huge plumbing disaster hidden behind the drywall (previous owners). We called Plumb Tech who came promptly and did a very professional job of repairing the piping. Their prompt response reduced delays to our other contractors.Very good service and I would definitely recommend them

Called Wes early in the afternoon after discovering our sump pump had died and it was raining that day. He was super quick to have a team come out to the house, inspect the problem and remove and install a new pump. The response time was amazing, both men who showed up were professional and kind, and the whole transaction was super easy and friendly! The price point is where it should be for the level of professionalism and quality work done. Very happy with the service !

This company was very efficient. Came the next day to provide estimate for the job. I needed the pipes moved for new cabinets to be installed and then require a second visit to connect all the plumbing back up. They provided a very fair estimate and was able to start the job that day. The owner Wes has stayed in contact with me looking for updates on when counter tops will be installed and making sure I know that he hasn’t forgotten that they have to come finish the connection once I have to counter tops installed. Great company to deal with.

Our bath tub faucet would not shut off and was continually running. Other company’s had a 4 day wait but Wes was able to get someone to use in under two hours and get the job done right then and there. Was very easy to work with and extremely nice. 10/10 would recommend for plumbing needs

I called Plumb Tech for what I thought was a complicated clogged kitchen drain. (I have an outside kitchen that seemed part of the problem.) Craig was very professional, and quick to discover the problem. Even though I suggested that perhaps I needed to have the pipes scoped, he explained he could start with a simple solution and proceed to the scope if needed....which is wasn't thankfully. Not only did he save me money, he explained what he was doing and assured me the problem was fixed....which he proved by double checking the clean out. I can highly recommend PlumbTech. They'll be my go-to plumbers from now on!

I had spoken with Wes, sent out a plumber right away to deal with my sewer back, used the underground camera to find the problem. called for locates, and had my sewer repaired next day. Plumb Tech was very professional and the men that were here were courteous and kept us informed.High praise from us, thank you for a excellent job.

This company is very professional, very helpful and reasonably priced.We had sink drainage issues, they even crawled into my crawl space for repairs.I truly didn’t think they would or anyone could repair these issues, they did.We will definitely be using this company again.Elaine and john.
