Ivan Ivanashko first came to troubleshoot a recently purchased used Bosch induction stove/oven. As the entire cooktop had recently been replaced (cost $1,300) I was anxiously hopeful that the problem could be identified without having to go through multiple visits and parts replacements. After an efficient, but extremely thorough inspection, he concluded that the entire front control panel had suffered damage (likely in moving it). He got back to me quickly to advise that the part would need to be ordered from Germany at a cost of $700. He returned with the part several weeks later and installed it. We were both most pleased that Ivan had diagnosed the complex problem correctly and that we now had a working appliance. Ivan clearly knows his trade and understands the intricacies of modern electronics. He is prompt, responsive, reliable and very personable; a fine addition to Canada's workforce and a credit to Max Appliance Repair.
