Not sure what’s in that oil but i never had a hashbrown taste like old dirty potato. I have the simplest order yet it was managed to taste awful

Extremely slow service at the drive through. Always 15+ minute wait with only 5 cars ahead in line. This store needs to work on their speed. Will not be coming back.

Waited 15-20 minutes in the drive thru, when it came to my turn, the employee wasn’t answering and so I waited for nearly 5 minutes thinking that the microphone might be defective, so when I drove to the pick up station, I informed the employee that I tried speaking and waited but no one answer. She forced me to go back in line to place my order just because I didn’t wait longer. I couldn’t believe that she couldn’t take my order at the station (a cup of coffee) and was left with such disappointment for her lack of service and professionalism. 14Nov, at around 11am. Please train the employee.

Horrible service. And they keep the front door closed to truckers and pedestrians cant enter and order. When you go to the drive thru on foot, they refuse to serve you. No worries, Ill give my cash to your competitor with such disrespect

I was inside for 10 minutes. They were fighting in the back, when they come one off your employees was very very rough and rude first after she did my order very bad first I ask 2 cafes and ice cup, 4 beagle.First cafe was old and cold and not what I order and when I told sorry the cafe is cold she give me a rude look, she did not change it.Sacand:The 4 beagle we did not eat it. It was good to put in the garbage because there where cramp of other food there was jam and am allergic to strawberry jam. I pay 40$ to put in the garbage.The two people that they were fighting they continue fighting in front of everyone.this is not professional way between each other.That time hortons never clean and employees never friendly.One of your employees( she have the hejab on her head) is very very rude with costumer and me. She doesn't clean were she work. She use the gloves to take money from drive-thru after she did not change the gloves to do my beagle.I was very disappointed.Last thing when I ask for the bill they told me we put it in the garbage but I can see it on the counter.Am very very sorry for people like that.
