Tom is very friendly and responsive. He performed the replacement of one of the heating elements of my range. He showed me the price of the repair part and left the decision on me to proceed with it. Charges for the labor seems fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for such services.

3 months ago washer was repaired. Cost $500. Machine stopped working again. Took 2.5 weeks to get technician to come and evaluate. Said problem was not the same as first repair. So it was not covered under original repair. Therefore, I'm screwed! Had to purchase a new washer and out $500 for the original repair that only lasted not even 3 months.

The technician (Tom) was very friendly, gave us a detailed explanation what was wrong with the appliance and spoke to us about options. I don't really take the time to write reviews, but for some reason I felt I should. Any technician can probably do the same, but Tom was humble and fair. A dieing breed these days...I hope nothing breaks again, but if something does ....I would simply call Tom... thank you for your honesty!
