Horrible customer service and language barrier. Ordered 2 combos plus a burger on its own. After waiting i received the 2 combos and no drinks or stand alone burger. When i asked about drinks and burger i received the drinks but was told i was only charged for the 2 combos only. At 40$ and with only the debit receipt it took some convincing that it was not just 2 burgers that was paid for. I suggest asking for an itemized receipt once paid at this location as other customers were experiencing the same issue. On a plus, the food was decent.

Sometimes the burgers from here are among the best I've ever had and other times I order through skip the dishes or doordash.Any orders made from an app seem to get fulfilled by the cooks from Waiting..." Because the food usually tastes off and they ALWAYS forget something; like my onion rings for the third time.I don't think I'll be eating here for a while."

Ordered three times on uber from this place for my co-workers and I. All three times they forgot one of the buggers that was ordered. Can't say I enjoy playing roulette on whose order gets forgotten.

Honestly don't like writing bad reviews but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever had at any a&w one girl that works night time. Laughs when it's not busy and says to her co-workers. I don't have to take orders unless I want to and they just have to wait hahaha" even tho there is no one inside except me and they were the only ones in the drive thru. I even heard her answer the one person in the drive thru 20mins later and say " sorry were slammed" as she looked at her co workers and laughed. Because there was nobody eles. I got better faster service at McDonald's across the street when they were packed and they don't have the fastest service either. The girl was very rude very mean and I will never return and I will tell everyone I know not to go. Horrible service

Most disgusting food I have ever received from an A&W. We ordered via DoorDash around noon on Saturday August 6th. I ordered a whistle dog and instead of calling to let me know they’re sold out, they sent a teen burger that was made with spoiled ingredients. I’m also ALLERGIC to mayo so I cannot eat this. Second, the drink with my son’s kids meal was spilled in the bag. Third, the baby burgers with cheese had NO cheese on them. Fourth, the poutine had NO cheese in it, it was literally soggy fries floating in a container of watery gravy. Oh, and they also charged me extra because THEY were out of the whistle dog. Unbelievable. Definitely will not be using this A&W ever again and will be letting all my friends and family know of this horrible experience.

Amazing customer service! Stopped there during lunch rush on break and the girls in the back were fast and efficient and the guy running the drive thru was amazing!

Terrible service drive thru, ordered teen burger rotten lettuce no straw in bag and breakfast had no tomato and no jam for toast. Burger so sloppy made very disappointed had to wait in parking lot burger was cold as it was a special request asked without mayo you would think it would be hot, NOT!!!
