I only do home delivery with Franco's.I'm just so fed up with these big delivery services that I only order directly with restaurants that deliver themselves.I have always received my order in or under the estimated time given by a polite driver, my order is FRESH and Hot! The pasta is always perfect!They have great weekly and daily pick-up and delivery deals also!Thanks Franco's for keeping home delivered real!

Went there tonight for all you can eat perch. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The food tasted spectacular and was such large portions. Totally feeling full which I love. The price was very good as well. Plus the service, it was honestly some of the best service I've ever had in this city. The woman who waited on us was extremely friendly and actually quite funny. Thank you Francos for providing such an incredible night out for me. I will be recommending to everyone I know.

I ordered through Skip and only received half my order. When we phoned the restaurant; they confirmed they had given the whole order to the driver. We re-ordered and received the food super fast. I put in for a refund through Skip and was declined. I spoke to Frank at the restaurant who was super kind. He told me he was looking into it. Unknown to me; he personally credited my account. He didn't have to do that as it was truly not their fault. The food was fantastic! I will continue to order from them but for sure not through Skip. Thanks for the amazing service and food.

Always good food at reasonable prices, great in a pinch when feeling like Italian for lunch or dinner and pizza is also decent.

I order a panzerroti. It was under cooked so very soggy. The meat sauce had basically no meat. The Maurice salad had pieces of bad lettuce. Very disappointing. Not what the food used to be.

All the staff that take care of you when you're ordering whether pickup or delivery are great people..And any item I did not check off means I don't know anything about it just so people know that. Great food and great people running this place.

My most favourite items to order:pizza, mozzarella sticks, all pasta (chicken parm and fettuccine as my top picks) the club house!!!! Yum yumAlways friendly service (I am a regular) and the workers are always working so hard when I go in for pickup. Thank you for the authentic undeniably delicious Italian cuisine! One of my favourite restaurants❤️Shout out to Chelsea (answers the phone and works front house pickup) for the kindnessFrancos! Your food and service is appreciated and loved

Me and my mom have been going to Franco since the old days. She just loves her ribs and along came me so I love my ribs too. Go there for dinner for Mom the other day and we had a nice waitress very well. Polite treated us well. The ribs were very good that day. I had no complaint but do remember this is the food industry and you can't always be winners

The food didn't have any seasoning seemed very bland. I had veal marsala and didn't finish it or take home the left overs. Service was great but sorry cook not all that.

Not what it used to be! We ordered a pizza and it was very heavy on dough and very stingy on sauce, cheese, and toppings. Additionally, we got olives on our pizza and we found 4 (!) pits on our pizza. It could be a choking hazard or damage someone's tooth. I will say that the customer service was amazing. The woman who took my order and the woman who greeted me when I picked up our order were both lovely.
