I'm a wheelchair user and when I tried to use the accessible washroom, a staff member informed me it's permanently locked and they don't have the key. Unacceptable.

A more upscale Cantonese restaurant. The service was beyond reproach. Food was well prepared and had a few interesting dishes I hadn't tried before. It's definitely worth a visit .

This is the best McDonald's I have visited. Why? It is very clean and neat. Crew does very good about it. Additionally, in other McDonald's restaurants, we encounter issues like cold drink dispenser malfunction, unstable tables, full trash boxes, etc. So far, we haven't seen any of these issues here. They also have a nice sitting area outside. Even though it's a bit far from our house, we prefer coming here ehen we crave for a burger :)

I've just ordered a large ice coffee on my App. When I went to the drive thru at 11:50 am, the drive thru pick up window lady asked me if I ordered a large black ice coffee. During the time I replied, Yes, to her. Before she gave me the coffee, I realized she did not put cream and sugar inside my ice coffee. Then I said, I'm sorry, would you please put cream and sugar inside my ice coffee?She replied to me, I've asked you if you order a black ice coffee. Then she rolled her eye balls on me... ... ... ... That was very ruled and uneducated. I did not know the differences between a black ice coffee and a ice coffee. What an experience!

Third world class!!! Haven’t just been there once I’ve been there a few times in a row. I had to repeat for my order more the 3 times all the time and still gave the wrong order! I took back to tell them and change it and they got mad!! Wth in the morning and evening the same thing happened. The managers look so desperate and bossing around their employees like if this was a sweat shop!!! I was smiling and was given dirty looks in exchanged!! What’s going on the franchise! DO SOMETHING ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!

LIKE IF YOU AGREE! Saw this at the alderbridge way mcdonalds location very nice and helpful. Please no 2 road mcdonalds get this so we dont have to touch the door handle after using washroom and after we wash our hands. It is unsanitary and there are no napkins provided to hold the handle. Thank you .

Managers are very Friendly, Very helpful, polite and good listener. They work really hard beyond their limits . I always come in here and enjoy my meal with my family members and friends. Love this place they do have meeting room nice seating area comfortable chairs . Even have patio that we can sit and enjoy .Kids love this place always have balloons and drawings that we can make kids busy .

Honey. You make the no meat cheese burger meat. Beware of it. I said vegetarian.And it's only car available for drive way. Not bicycle or others. I think not really OK for people don't have car yet.Front desk it's kind for me . But I think might be too busy.

Food was good, served hot. I received a Spicy McCrispy and not a Regular McCrispy like O ordered. Was already back on the road so I didn't bother returning their mistake.Drive thru girl was rude, but what do you expect at McDonald's
