I have coming to this store for a few years now and I must say the service is incredible, and of course not just the service but also how they're willing to answer all your questions, on top of that, whoever walks in the store, they always greet you, which I find rare nowadays. Osama has helped me a lot with the services, I'll keep coming to this store until I move out of the city. I came to this store to change the screen of my son's IPad as it has dust inside and it wasnt glued properly. I got my IPad from them without any difference as you can see in the photos. The screen was not fixed properly and has a lot of glue which is coming out and the dust is still there. After paying $100 to change the screen, now they are asking for additional $70 to change the digitizer which they didnt mention about initially. They also offered to buy the device from me for $60 after I paid them $100 for the screen!! I went out and I was taking a photo of their phone number, then I was surprised that the guy from the store was following and filming me!! Oh my God!!
