we purchased a home in green valley estates in Bradford. we have had such a positive experience since we got possession of our home. The customer care team and the building team were always helpful and willing to help. This being our 2nd time purchasing a new build we were very impressed with alot of the finishes that came standard in our home. thank you Bayview Wellington for a positive new home experience.

I bought a townhouse unit from this builder. the build quality is below average. There were screw ups and we have to call them so many so many times to have some coming to fix them. until today (we moved in 4 months already), 2 issues haven't been fixed. We called almost everyday to the service supervisor, but never picks up the calls. We called header office and they told us to call service supervisor again. To potential buyers, if you have a 2nd choice, go with that one.Customer Service is a nightmare!

If I could give zero stars I would. You will have an anxiety disorder by the time they fix all the deficiencies in your house. Do not buy from this builder!

I have a purchase a house from this builder unfortunately WORST WORST WORST ever, many defects and construction office is bunch of kids fooling around the people !

My house is in the Green Valley Bradford that was closed in January 2018. I have waited till the repairs under the one year warranty are finished to write a review so that I am actually certain about how I feel about this builder and what my experience has been. Now I can say that my overall experience with this builder is a positive one. When it comes to layout, functionality, and curb appeal of their houses, Bayview Wellington truly stands out. This builder is not one of those that use and reuse tired and boring designs and afraid to innovate. The quality of build, if not better, is on par with other subdivision builders. We are talking subdivisions and not custom homes here. There were some deficiencies in workmanship in my house, nothing major, but of course, I wasn't too happy about them. But I also knew, from my previous experience with a new home from another builder a few years earlier, from my friends' experiences with their new homes, that rarely a new wooden frame house doesn't require some fixing or repairing within the first year. When you live in the house for a while you start finding defects that weren't obvious at first or that come to life as the house settles and the wood expands and contracts. What sets a good builder apart from a bad one is the willingness to work with a homeowner and have repairs done to that homeowner's satisfaction. Now that one year warranty repairs are done, I can say Bayview Wellington did not disappoint. The service manager at the Green Valley subdivision, Chris, is very good at everything he does in his job. He is very reassuring in his interactions with homeowners: he listens to their concerns, shows empathy towards them, projects professionalism and confidence. He is very good at determining the cause of the issues and coming up with a good plan how to address them. He returns calls and emails promptly, schedules service appointments without delays and follows up on them. But most of all, to him the homeowner's satisfaction is more important than just satisfying the bare minimum Tarion guidelines. It is easy to see that he believes that a pleased homeowner is good business. From my experience in dealing with Chris, I can say that he is a man of his word who will deliver on his promises and I learned to trust him.I also have a very positive experience with other people who work with Chris in the Service Department. Sandy is the office manager. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is very friendly, kind and professional on the phone and in person, and always eager to help. The repair technicians that worked on my house, Ricky, Peter and Louis, each of them very skillful and more than capable to take on any task, deserve a special praise for a job done well.

CALLED AT THE GIVEN NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR THEIR PROJECT IN BRADFORD. THE LADY I SPOKE TO WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT HELP AT ALL. WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT IS HER NAME SHE ASKED ME WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW MY NAME (BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE IS BEING VERY RUDE) AND HAD FEAR THAT I WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT HER. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

If you want an ongoing frustration, buy one of their homes. 6 years later, issues unresolved and they frankly don't care, they got paid!!!
