This was my first time at the salon. The cut was fine the colour not so much. I had copper hair and told the stylist I wanted to tone it down and go more brunette for the fall, it had been about 6 months since the last professional colour and I had told her I used a couple boxes of home dye to bridge the gap... Normally, I would have expected to see a few colour swatches, but she came back immediately and started with the dye. She dyed it way to dark, essentially black. She offered to strip it but I told her I 'd rather have it fade out. When I got home, I realized how terrible the dye job was. Very patchy, portions of my bangs are a completely different colour. I don't see how she wouldn't have noticed the patches when styling my hair. My hair is also dryer than it has ever been. I'd go back to have it fixed but frankly don't trust her to touch my hair ever again.

It was my first time at the salon and I went for a cut. I have, let's say crazy hair, a lot of it, a hybrid between straight and curly not easy to read ;P hehe. Melanie understood perfectly what I wish for and what would work for me. Super happy and grateful for the results. Beautiful and warm ambiance and excellent service. I highly recommend it. Très mauvais service à la clientèle, je me suis fait annuler mon rdv du 30 décembre. Quelle déception!Voilà pourquoi je donne un 2 étoiles et j’ai changé de salon
