The receptionist is the friendliest and most helpful receptionist that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Also the appointments were on time and done efficiently. Very nice clinic considering the purpose of the visits.

They cancel your appointment and they say call us for a renewal appt but you deal with a message that they will call you back..when they call back I missed the call because I don't have my phone glued to my hip!! I call them and ask if we could deal with this with an email instead??? You never hear from them again!! I need a cardiologist that cares how his patients are dealt with!!

They tell you to call them back to make an appointment but never answer their phones or return messages. After over a week of calling I'm starting to doubt that anyone even works there.

2 reasons why this place needs to improve patient care :1. Be warned if you're getting prepped for a holter monitor. The technician has a very heavy hand in my experience. My skin was aggressively rubbed with alcohol and then for a second time with God knows what else (felt like sandpaper) which stung VERY badly after the electrode placement . It took me a couple of minutes to try and recover from the stinging in order to leave when she was done. When I took the monitor off at home 48 hours later, the adhesive areas had skin missing (cuts) and were red and inflamed. I saw scratch lines etched in my skin, and all 5 areas were irritated, red and very painful. I understand the electrodes need to be securely attached to the skin and the area needs to be dry, hence cleaning with alcohol, but the technician should warn people before hand and be as gentle as possible even if it takes longer. I don't think it's necessary to scrub people's skin off which create injuries (risk of infection) and leave scars. I will not let her near me again if I have to go back there. I should have spoken up while it was happening but I trusted that it was normal, and now I wonder if she was taking out her aggression on me because the whole experience was so painful and I have scars now to show for it. It is really unacceptable and I would not want any loved one to experience that level of pain especially without warning! This clinic needs to DO BETTER.2. My cardiologist appointment was, for whatever reason, over the phone. I don't know why a patient is not allowed an in-person first visit. My appointment was after the covid mandates lifted and there was no reason given to me why this was the case. This was my very first time speaking with a cardiologist, and it astounds me how one can justify not discussing results with someone who is experiencing heart issues and may have questions face to face?. I don't have a problem with the health advice the doctor gave me, just the delivery of service. I wouldn't have minded a telehealth video visit but to not even see a patient when distance or health mandates are an issue is to me, unacceptable. With heart issues being as serious as they are, and the high number of people depending on cardiologists, accessibility should be of utmost priority with the aims of providing the best level of care possible.

They honestly don’t care about their patients much. Left a message now that we are on lockdown seeing if my consult was on the phone now vs in person no one called back ever and no on answers. This is a serious pandemic and the appt was booked pre lockdown. 99.9% of places are understanding that appts need some clarity at this point.
