We would highly recommend Kia Richmond. Everyone there was friendly and helpful from when we first arrived on the lot, so different from other dealers we had visited previously before coming here. You feel like they genuinely care about their customers and will do whatever they can to make sure you're satisfied. It is refreshing to get this level of service anywhere these days. We love the new Seltos we purchased there.Shortly after, a rattle developed, but the service department went to extraordinary lengths to find and correct the factory problem, and even sent a video showing exactly what they did.We are very happy with our experience at Kia Richmond.

My experience today at Kia Richmond was awesome. I just got my 2023 Kia Seltos- great value for money. The process was seamless, with a reasonable interest rate and great incentives. A big thanks to Oden (sales). He is very exceptional, friendly, and professional. He ensured the whole process was clear to understand, transparent, refreshing, and fun. I also appreciate Dione (finance manager) for contributing to this successful experience. They are an excellent team with a wide range of unique products.

I and my brother recently purchased our first car, from this dealership. First time buying a car, and it was an amazing experience. From the time we first walked in, everyone was so welcoming, all the way to the time we discussed and sealed the deal. Jack helped give a detailed explanation of the car and some of the features. Him and Dione helped work out a good deal for us regarding the payment, and Thai helped work out a good deal for us regarding the insurance. After sealing the deal, Eric explained the other features of the car to us, as Jack was busy. The staff here are all wonderful! Would definitely recommend anyone to get their car from this dealership also would definitely purchase our next vehicle from here.

We got our car yesterday from this dealership with the help of Oden as sales advisor and the manager, Nav. Oden is a professional, honest, transparent and nice person. Also, everything went perfectly smooth with the finance manager, Dione. The whole process took a few hours thanks to the team of Kia Richmond. After not owning a car for ten years, this is like buying a car for the very first time. I wasn't expecting to decide on a car when I first walked into Kia Richmond, but here we are.When we walked in, it was Hemy that greeted us and started showing us around. Despite being the new girl, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After getting to know our situation, she was able to recommend a car that fits our needs. It was such a good deal that the people right next to us bought the car first!Although we encountered some setback, she was able to work with her manager to get us another deal, within our budget, with all the bells and whistles we wanted.So, two weeks later, we were able to pick up our brand new car. It is everything we wanted and perhaps a bit more.
