Lougheed Hyundai Parts
I think this is one of the worst Hyundai dealerships in all of Canada. The customer service doesn’t exist and they’re quite rude from the front end, to the parts department to the services department. It’s honestly disappointing. It’s worth the trip to go to another dealership, even if it is 100 miles away. Don’t bother with this dealership.

Lougheed Hyundai Parts
The staff in the parts department are quite nice in person, but out of 10+ phonecalls over several different occasions, they only picked up once. I also left a message that was never returned. As much as I would like to leave a better review, driving over to the dealership just to order parts in is a massive waste of my time.
