Top class service from start to finish.Ordering was simple and easy and dealt with smooth and efficiently on the telephone, thank you.Special mention for the driver who delivered my order at 730pm on Thursday the 3rd of November. Informed me of his expected arrival time beforehand , was extremely polite and helpful, moved my order to exactly where I wanted, in his words 'its all part of the service' .Absolutely top class service from start to finish, I would most definitely highly recommend.

This is the first time I have used Premier Logs and would highly recommend. Great price and easy to order via website. Purchased 4x hardwood log bulk bags and wasn't sure how much wood would arrive as usually a flat bed would drop onto driveway. What arrived was 8x tall bulk bags (equivalent to 4x) but that were easily fitted through side gate and were dropped off to my log store by the driver. Logs great quality and burn cleanly / excellent heat. When unpacked into log store I filled three logs deep and still have half a bag not pictured. Excellent service and excellent quality!!

First time I have used Premier Logs. I live outside of the free delivery zone, so I went to pick them up. Ordered online in the morning and picked the wood and briquettes up in the afternoon. All the staff, who were extremely busy due to the cold weather, were polite. The bag of hardwood kiln dried bags were bigger than I expected, and I just about managed to fill the car with them. The briquettes have been a godsend. They light quickly and get the fire going, and then can just lump on the wood. Very impressed. I will just have to take a bigger car next time!

1st time using Premier Logs Ltd. I can't rate them highly enough.Great communication from the admin team.Excellent prices.The wood I got is fantastic quality much better than I thought.Very helpful delivery driver and received a phone call before the delivery letting me know when they would arrive. Plus it was free local delivery over a set amount.I orded my logs off their website and it came the next, can't ask for much more than that.

i cannot for the life of me get the negative review. i hesitated to order because of it, Julie sent me a sample pack to try out, I tried their briquette alongside a oak briquette in my stove. Have to admit the Premier one burnt hotter and lasted longer great product would highly recommend

No ETA, was advised would get a call on mobile, didn't happen. My order arrived short, tried calling several time during opening hours to resolve, no response. Emailed them twice a week ago and no response to those either. Will not use again.
