I LOVE everything about Amy's classes! She's very grounded and a natural at allowing you to flow at your own pace, which puts you at ease and allows you to fully enjoy the class. I'm excited to come to new space!

It brings me a smile knowing that Amy has opened a dedicated yoga studio in Oliver. The studio is very clean, bright and welcoming ! Amy has an open hearted authentic nature and i can't think of anyone better to hold the space for the practice of yoga asana, meditation and the like. Thank you for creating the space Amy !
