Their work hours depend on the way the wind blows. In more than a few occasions I found them to open late and close much earlier than the advertised time, and these are good days. If there is a single drop of rain or snow or a bad mood anywhere in the area (and perhaps beyond) they close shop. The staff is polite and nice. But, You have to keep your fingers crossed and expect the stars to align every time you decide to wash your car.

Walked in and had to wait to be seen as the employees behind the desk were more busy searching other jobs online than customer service. Once I spoke to the lady, I asked about the cost of the washes and I was instantly pushed to get memberships. I said I'm not interested in a membership, I just want to inquire about a simple wash and the cost. The lady proceeded to push membership. I ended up leaving, but not before she sees my wife in the car and states that she would go with a membership because its more cost affective. I was so disgusted with the customer service, I just hoped in the car and left. This place seems money hungry over customer service.

Never again to this place! These pictures after they done cleaning, they said some of them are won't come off unless I buy the premium tier wash.Showed the spots and cleaned again and they gave up! I came home and cleaned again with degreaser as they came off normal! Such a lazy work done by the unprofessional team! Interior car wash is scam these days!I came home and realized that they threw my reusable coffee and still lots of spot to clean! Never go again!

Unfortunately, I’m parting ways with this company permanently now. The frequency of downtimes and out of service times are simply unacceptable when there are advertised hours of operation. Add that staff simply don’t open the doors at the times they advertise is just unprofessional.It was worth the drive for a convenient and frequent car wash pass but not when it’s not operational.Until they staff better, perform maintenance in off hours, and generally run the operation better, I would not recommend this location.

I got my prius V detailed last June. Experience was awful. There were multiple issues with the service.1-The windscreen cleaning was not perfect. There were still bug marks on windscreen after the detailed cleaning. Moon roof was not cleaned.2-Detergent/Shampoo was not removed from under the seats. As a result, the car started smelling like a dead mouse in the car soon after the service. The smell was fixed after I rinsed under the seat carpets multiple times thus removing the shampoo/detergent completely.3-Air Conditioner Drain pipe was pulled and consequently AC water started leaking under the seats. Had to spend about $200 to get it diagnosed and fixed.4-Because of leftover shampoo/detergent, passenger airbag/seatbelt sensors started malfunctioning. Cleared after thorough wash at my expense by the Toyota dealer.5-A Car was detailed, but got charged for a van. All other car washes charge me for car detailing service for same car.I don't recommend this car wash to anyone.Next door, oil change is also from same owner with plenty of its own issues.

Probably the cleanest car wash l’ve ever been in. Very nice customer service. Nikka was very helpful from the first meeting, he was excellent. great job cleaning my car.100%recommended

Completely untrustworthy. Their business hours has no meaning. They sell monthly passes which gives you one carwash per day. But they randomly close all the time for any reason HOURS before their posted operational hours on Google and at location. They close if its a little rainy, a little snowy, a little too sunny, too hot, too cold... pick an excuse and they close shop with no warning and they do not credit you for the wash you couldnt use eventhough they charge you full amount at the beginning of the month. This is immoral as they basically make you pay for a service they dont let you use despite the agreement! How is that not theft?! No apology, no refund...Constantly down or closed.You cant talk to the owner and the employees have no say. They shut 5 hours before closing time today (five hours not 10 minutes) because it's raining. Isnt after rain exactly when you need a wash WHICH YOU pre-paid for?If your business is slow and you need to close all random hours then dont sell monthly passes so you dont steal people's money!Going back to Petro Canada season pass! This is unbelievably ridiculous!

Staff on the ground are always very nice but management has ZERO regards for its customers and there is no accountablity. They OFTEN close shop whenever they want during their posted business hours with no notice or anythig even posted on their website. They are supposed to be open until 8pm however frequently you show up for a wash at 7pm or even 6:45 and with no notice or special reason like (Christmas/new year...) they are just all gone, lights are out and carwash is shut down. This would be less frustrating if they didnt charge you for the monthly fee but they do! You are entitled to one wash a day but how can you get it when they often close outside of THEIR OWN POSTED OPERATIONAL HOURS?Today they closed early for NYE which is of course understandable. They posted that they will close at 3:00pm but we got there at 2:45 and it's a ghost town. 4 other cars also rolled in (so not just one customer error) and all had to leave disappointed.Reading previous reviews it seems like management has zero respect for the undue frustration they always cause their customers. This place would be great under a respectful and responsible management but as it stands its like gambling whenever you wanna go because you never know if they're open or not and whteher you can get the carwash YOU ALREADY PAID FOR.Again staff are generally very nice and understanding but what can they do when management tells them to close up shop and ignore their responsibilities to the customer?

The service is great, i am a member and i am happy with the service, the reason for 4 stars is that the operations hours is so not accommodating. They open at 9am and close at 8pm, so i cant use it while on my way to work for example and i have to squeeze in the time to make it before 8It is ok for this not to open early but to also close very early i think is the reason why i might cancel, so far i can not use the service as much as i like

economical, but you get what you pay for. On several occasions they have opened late and closed early. If there are repairs to be done on the car wash components, they are not done in a timely fashion. My monthly service had just ended, and I had single-wash passes.The main cloth mechanism was broken, and they would not refund me any money. If there was any problem, they would not refund any money.
