Unique items, clean store and good location. Stock is stale and has been there for awhile. Pleasant staff . Prices appear to be quite high for what you are buying.

We ordered two chairs and chose the fabric with the help of the owner Lynn. Waited nearly four months for them to arrive. In the store when we went to collect them they were so wrapped that we couldn't see the fabric.....Lynn unpackd a tiny square and confirmed that it was the same fabric we had ordered, and recommended that we left them well wrapped for protection of the chairs. We got them home and unwrapped them and they were awful........the scrap of fabric we had been shown in the store and on their computer was more of an overall pattern - the same fabric in a larger sample showed that there were large angular black bits that really made a negative difference. Also when looking at our statement we saw that we had been charged $400.00 over charge!!!We went back next day to the store and spoke to the sales assistant because the owner Lynn wasn't there. She took ages fussing about the over payment even though it seemed so obvious....the figures didn't make any sense. We finally got the $400.00 reversed. We asked if Lynn would please give us a call to help us resolve the issue of the fabric and was assured that all would be put right and that we just needed patience.We had read their guarantee and assurance on their web page that they stood behind their products and felt sure that a reputable firm of course, would. Here we are one week later still trying to get hold of Lynn......Also we notice that their website has a notice up saying that the web site is under review and being rewritten.....Could it be that they no longer want to stand behind their product?We were assured that this fabric was a popular choice and many customers had chosen it so we asked if they could then take back the chairs and sell them on the floor....oh no they didn;t do that. we are still waiting to hear what they will do to help us and support their own website commitment., These were chairs that cost $979.00 each. and they had nothing to offer as to how they might help us.! Avoid them at all costs....

A great large furniture store with quality pieces at reasonable cost. I was impressed with the ample space in the display of their furniture. The upper level has bedroom furniture as well.Parking is ample and free, always a plus!!!!

This is an amazing furniture store. The owner is very knowledgeable and works with you to find the right furniture to meet your needs. We ended up buying furniture that was made locally in Burnaby. She helped us pick the right fabrics and style of sofa and chairs. The customer service is amazing!! I definitely recommend this store if you are looking to buy some new furniture.

We love their collection. Especially their selection of reclaimed wood furniture. Most of our living room and dining furniture are bought from this store.

We had recently moved to the area and were looking for new furniture for our new home and wanted to support local. We came across this cute little furniture shop and so happy we found them. The owner was so fantastic from day 1. She took the time to educate us about the products she carried and answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! We also found out the Stylus brand she carried was also a local company with made to order, high quality furniture. We got to pick out the style we liked and chose our fabric. She kept us in the loop the whole time while we waited for everything to arrive. Today we received our furniture and we are in love with everything we ordered!!! The pieces are even better than we imagined! We’re so happy with everything!!! The whole experience was fantastic!!! We will definitely be back and recommend this shop to everyone!!!! So far it's been a good experience. The sales presentation by Lee Allabarton has been very personal and helpful. Hopefully the next stages of processing the order and following the process through completion will be as positive.

Absolutely love this store :) We ordered a sectional through them and the owner was incredibly helpful and answered our millions of questions. Can't wait to get our new couch!
