Friendly staff. Always find something I love. Great prices and I love how the store is set up in colours rather than by sizing.Great store.

The woman who work there are friendly and very particular about the clothes that are donated. You will see good quality items in the store.If donating, you must call and make an appointment. Drop off is at the back of the buildingBe informed, the store is only open from 10 am to 4 pm. The are also closed on Sunday. I gave 4 stars because working women need a couple of evenings to stop in and shop.

I have been a consignor and a shopper at The Revolving Door for many years. It couldn't be easier - I drop off my clothes and they take care of the rest - I didn't want the clothes anymore and getting some money for them is a bonus. Shopping here is a blast! There's always something new and interesting not to mention the top name brands I can't afford anywhere else at very good prices. The sales ladies are very helpful and brutally honest about whether or not the clothes look okay on me. I like that!

They lost or gave a virtually new leather coat (worn twice) to someone ahead of me when I brought it in for them to sell. They refused to acknowledge I brought it in or take responsibility for their carelessness. All because they were in a hurry. Haven't gone back since. DON'T trust them.

I always find high quality clothing here and get it at great prices plus when it comes time to clean out my own closet I know I can bring items here and make some extra money with them.

I don't visit often but every time I have it has been a pleasant experience. More upscale, boutique type of thrift store with many of them items being consignment. The prices are great, selection decent.

Nice clothes geared to season. Prices are a titch high, but staff is lovely and knowledgeable and the other side of prices they are a consignment store so they do try to get top dollar for their sellers.

One of my favourite places for shopping and selling. This consignment shop has standards, and I appreciate this as a shopper. The items I find on the rack are in excellent condition, and it's fun to find great deals on clothing that I wouldn't ever buy new. Always lots of selection, and the ladies make it easy to have a fulfilling and positive experience.

If you plan to window shop, don't bring your wallet! You will find something perfect EVERY time. High stock turn-over, really affordable, and excellent quality items. I love thrift store shopping, but I don't always have time on a lunch hour to cherry-pick through the crud to find the gems. Problem solved: these guys do that for you! My consignment experience has been great, too. Very easy with all the rules clearly laid out. I also love their pricing system, with dates on the tag to show when the item will be reduced. I think it enhances the bargain-finding experience: do you want to risk it and wait until it's marked down? Or should you snag it now before someone else gets it? :)

I dropped in at this store during a recent trip to Kingston. I was very impressed with the quality and selection of items in this store. I will definitely return.
