Originally Custom Sound's awesome Tech, Mike set up my home TV & sound system and everything was great until we updated our home wifi password. At the time we didn't connect the fact that this was our issue for why Netflix etc wasn't working. Carmen spent time on the phone with me, explained how to update my password (even trying to help me sort out why there was issues with my new password). Thank you for you help definitely would recommend this company.

I had a Starlink installation done recently. Carmine was responsive and scheduled the installation within a week of my first call to him. Mike and Trevor were very efficient .Installation was completed in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend them for any home automation work.

Carmine and his team set up our home theatre about 8 years ago. I called him last week after so long and he responded right away and helped us upgrade our system rather than replace it. His staff were patient and spent the time to make sure we were satisfied and understood how to use the system. I know I can reach out if I run into trouble or have other questions.

About two years ago I purchased a new home and was looking for someone who could help with home automation and any of my electronical needs. I then found custom sound and vision and was just blown away from their presentation and decided to give them a try. I initially hired them to setup cameras around my home but was so impressed with their customer service and knowledge that I then hired them for everything else I needed done in my new house as well, when all was said and done they installed all my tvs, my projector, designed my home theatre system, designed my home sound system, setup my network, setup and installed my home security and even automated all my lights, garage and thermostat and more.I've since hired them to work at my office as well and recommended them to other family and friends as well. All I can say is when it comes to custom sound and vision you will receive more than what you asked for, always. Me myself, I am a perfectionist and my expectations are always high and custom sound and vision has always left me impressed and never failed to deliver.

When we moved into our current home, we found an array of loose cables and live wires sticking out everywhere in our basement. The past owner had left them there in all sorts of places inside and outside our home, leaving us with a mess. With this wiring, we were left with security cameras that worked only half of the time.We called Custom Sound and Vision to help us out with the clean up and the connection with our cameras. Now everything works beautifully. We highly recommend their service. The staff is very respectful and prompt and did a fantastic job overall.

I was blessed by every interaction. Head Office was over-eager to help me get Starlink installed really soon. Then, the installer was happy and helpful and really eager for me to totally understand. He even did a couple extra jobs for me while he was up on the ladder anyway (which I just could never have done on my own). Just an all-round wonderful and professional and quickly-delivered service. And, their invoice to me was UNDER their quote. WOW.
