TELUS Store & Koodo Store - Authorized Dealer Custom Cellular

Got there at 3pm. Was told by one of the workers it would be a half hour to an hour wait. He took my wife's phone number. We went to the pub in the same parking lot, had a drink and went back. We might have been out of the store 20 minutes. After arriving back, we sat and waited, with no staff interaction, until 5:15pm. All they had to say was that they didn't think they'd get to us or something like that, and we would have gone to a different store, but we weren't even acknowledged. I understand these are just young folks working an after school job, but this is incredibly unprofessional. Due to their age, I blame the branch manager more than the workers. Will never return and will actively advise friends and family to avoid. Do not go here, there's plenty other Telus stores.

Its alright. I had gone to 3 seperate Telus stores and inquired about the same thing, ad recived 3 different prices.Either they didnt know what they were doing or i was getting ripped off.Use your descretion

I came into the store with a broken touchscreen and wanted to upgrade my phone. Anuj was first to greet me at the store and got to work on processing a new phone for me. We ran into several problems and Anuj made the time to ensure that my phone was properly set up. He was able to transfer all my data from my old phone and had be all set up and ready to in a speedy fashion.Thank you Anuj. I appreciate you.

My wife and son needed to upgrade their phones. Today, we stopped at the store around 6:45 pm knowing it closes at 7:30 pm to see if we can get new phones. The place was busy and the reps were assisting other clients. We were acknowledged by Joe and waited for about 15 min. He was very professional and willing to assist. He provided us all the information required and even explained lot of things that I wasn't aware about in detail. Kiddos to him and the crew that work their including Carlos who kept my son and I entertained while the phones were being updated. I wanted to say a very bit thanks to both gents as they waited until everything was handled properly until actually 8:45 pm way past closing. Much appreciate all your efforts Joe and Carlos un ensuring everything was taken care of for us. I and my family will be returning back to see you guys for the excellent client service. Keep up the great work.

I went in six times trying to fix my phone plan with no evail. People inside were more then nice, but only because they knew they were scamming you. They lied to me on multiple occasions on how much my phone plan was going to cost. Then blamed the price jump on connection fees". I was told my ebill was going to come to $120/month. Instead was met with a $238/month bill. Still haven't fixed things.The manager told me to "talk to Telus". I wish I was joking.If I could rate it 0 stars I would

I wish there was a way to prove how some employees in this store lie and disrespect some ethnicities just to not help them. Was treated with utmost disrespect and negligence by one employee that I hope I never have to step in this store again. The employee who's name I don't know because she didn't have a name tag on and refused to give me her real name to me when I asked her for it. I have the card she gave to prove it as well in case anyone would like to see it, (just so I don't get accused of lying again).

Harry and his team are a fantastic unit!!! I experienced excellent customer support from the second I walked into the store. The team were really well informed and went above and beyond, in getting me the right products. I definitely recommend the team and the store.

Just popped in here to grab a quick SIM card and man, I gotta say, what GREAT service! Joe took amazing care of me, reviewed all of the plan options, made sure I understood what each offered - and helped me determine what plan best suited my needs.All in all, I was in and out of there in good time, with the knowledge I needed - and no hard sells. It was a far cry from the normal bull you have to deal with at a mobile dealer, and I’ll definitely be back to work with Joe and the Team at Custom Cellular next time my business needs more services.
