BUYER BEWARE. They don't run the most efficient business, that's for sure. They are barely professional. They don't like to follow up on potential problems with a sale, and have very poor communication skills. The owner would rather flat out lie instead of actually checking the facts on a mistake made. Only after badgering them did they come forward and admit to the oversight. Not a very responsible company.

BUYER BEWARE. They run the most efficient business, that's for sure. They have TREMENDOUS professionalism. They like to follow up on sales, just to make sure, and have outstanding communication skills. The owner would rather flat out lie and admit a false mistake, than making a customer storm out in anger. But, in the end, only after badgering them did they had to do that. Truly STRONG and HONEST company.

They simply drop the oven without any aftersales services. It took almost a year for them to send a technician to realize that the steam temperature was a bit too low. We spoiled so much bread because of that. Une gang de crosseurs. Il y a d'autres très beaucoup meilleures compagnies d'équipements de boulangerie au Québec!!!
