Milano Pizzeria

I had ordered a nutella pizza but when I got it, it seemed the nutella was cooked onto the pizza as it looked and smelled completely burnt. The berries were also either cooked with the pizza or heavily microwaved from frozen as they were steaming hot and reduced to mostly jelly.When I called to inquire about this, I was told there was nothing to be done as it's apparently always made this way and was hung up on. When I called again asking for a refund I was told I would get one via text message but ultimately never got one.Not impressed at all, doubt I will be ordering from here again.

My pizza arrived well before the promise time and was fresh and hot. The delivery guy had a great personality

The food over there is amazing! I’m Truly satisfied. I would definitely go again. The workers and the owners are super kind respectful and friendly!

Food was excellent great atmosphere the only thing for me was the service. My family has owned restaurants in the past and you always hope that the servers represents you well . That day the weather was not at its best but we were at a hockey tournament at Richcraft we were about 10 that showed up we usually call in advanced but didn't that time. The server showed and told us she wasn't very happy that we didn't call in advanced and made sure we felt uncomfortable that they had sent the other servers home because of the weather and now she was alone and we were to many there was only 2 other people in the restaurant I'm sure the owners wouldn't of been impress with that . We even told her we weren't in a rush and her reply was indirectly not to expect the best service and that the food might take longer. Other then that she provided us with great service and was nice but it made us feel uncomfortable . But great food

We bought the Philly steak pizza and got free fries with the deal. Will come back again

This pizza place is amazing! The staff is very friendly, the manager MC is great also. He was really friendly. I went in for a pickup the other day, and the pizza was so good! Try it out, you'll love it!

Unhappy with the newish recipe for the pizza, something changed last year and my whole family has a hard time digesting their pizza since then. Unhappy to see I am charged $5 to deliver pizza, plus my tip options start at 15%. To pay 80$ for 2 XL pepperoni pizza’s that were over cooked that we couldn’t eat the crust upset me greatly. The people who work there are very friendly, it’s honestly the price gauging and the taste of the pizza that won’t have me returning there for our family’s pizza choice.

Fries way to well done, and greasy but other than that great service. Club sandwich was terrific.You wont be dissapointed!Everyone was polite when I picked up my order.
