The guy on reception is very rude. He’s drunk and specking so rude. Very bad experience, never come here again.

Quiet, Kitchenette, clean accommodation, great price

Spent some time there, a great group of people, The woman at the front desk hotel management skills was amazing. She was hospitable, understanding, and very accommodating. As for the husband I feel, he should definitely, leave the guest interactions to his wife, don't get me wrong he was very understanding as well, but his directness at times came off rather unpleasant. As well his personal agenda of being budgeted seemed rather intense. I stayed at the Inn with my partner, which means there was two humans in one room, its just my assumption that two humans would means two wash cloths as well two toilet papers. I only feel that would be the proper human thing.

Nice clean room, no complaints whatsoever. We definitely checked the room for bedbugs, nothing found. Room & bathroom was clean.The parking lot and entrance was in the back, no access from main road. The man at the front desk was nice.The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars because it needed update. Other than that no issues whatsoever.

Actually it is quite a nice stay..staff were pleasant and the rooms are very clean...its quiet as well....a little customer appreciation would be nice....but all in all ..was there for over a month...great service

I've stayed here twice with my friend, once in December and currently here right now. Very clean here, comfortable bedding and it's very conveniently located. Clearly a family run hotel and they're doing amazing. Love this place and I will always come here when I'm in Windsor. First time we came here in December we couldn't afford the rate and the guy gave us a good deal. Very great place to be.

Not worth the money!Man at front desk is rude and belligerent! Snaps his fingers at you and interrupts you so you can’t speak. Ants in the ground floor room, air conditioner doesn’t blow cold air but since the fan was working he argues that it’s running properly! Doesn’t speak English well enough to have a conversation with and becomes rude and defensive when you try and speak with him.Stay away! They don’t deserve the business!

Clean room, comfy bed.Bit dated, however well maintained. Super helpfull front desk. Stayed for a night.
