This store is so lovely and the workers are so kind. Even though we did not purchase our machine at this location, Martin did not hesitate to discover the issue that we were experiencing. He even went over how to properly use the machine in order to avoid future problems. His work is greatly appreciated and we will be returning in the future.

Martin was extremely quick in resetting the timing on my Juki DDL-5550 Industrial Sewing Machine. He has a vast knowledge, and selection, of the correct needles and bobbins required for different brands and types of sewing machines. Thank you!!

Had repairs done at a different place in Red Deer and my sewing machine didn't work properly when i got it home. Also a thorough cleaning was suppose to be done at the other place but never was.I took my sewing machine to the Sewing Arts Center. Martin found 3 screws that were loose and that is why the foot post would move back and forth among other things that were wrong.My machine now runs beautifully.I will never take my machine to any other place but Sewing Arts Center. They do quality work and have the best customer service. Thanks you so very much.

Martin has a depth of knowledge about the sewing machine that I have come to rely on, appreciate and trust. I have been into his shop a few times with various sewing issues. He has taken the time to explain and/or show me through the issue and if it's a minor tweak, he's done it right there while I wait. Recently, I brought him a machine that wasn’t sewing the best. I had had it into 2 different shops trying to fix the problem. Not only was he able to fix it but when I came and picked it up, we sat down and “test drove” it, to make sure the problem was truly resolved. I like going into the Sewing Arts Centre. Martin is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough when servicing the machines. I respect his work ethic and wouldn’t take my machines anywhere else.
