Hot Rock Sauna Spa

One of my go to places for body scrub and massage after golf.It's under new management and the new owner Maggie is a wonderful lady who knows how to treat a man well.

I went for a body scrub, as I have been looking to get one for a long time.1.this was NOT a scrub. I scrub better at home. This was a sponge bath. There was no pressure to scrub the body, and certain areas were missed (armpit, inner thigh).2. They open the door to check as your redressing so they can stand in the doorway and ask for the tip.3. The bath room has a mouldy smell to it.. I won’t return, and look to get the service I expected elsewhere.Went back to get my “free” redo, which I booked in advance. Only to sit there 15 min uncomfortably only to be told they thought I was someone else and didn’t plan for me. Then offered me a different service for a different day, not the one I wanted. So it’s a DEFINITE NO!

My wife and I went there for a full massage, scrub and sauna package. The receptionist was very pleasant, told us about every thing, then informed us that Emily and Jennifer will be our servers. So we went into our change rooms and then to the massage room. Both, Emily and Jennifer were very professional, they chatted with us, made jokes. We were very impressed by the massage they gave us, it was very good. Then we went for the scrub. The scrub was ok. Not bad, but not as great as the massage. After there were went into the sauna. Over all were there for for about 3 hours. I would definitely go there again and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a massage.Recommendation for the management.I don’t have any complains, and I hope you don’t mind me giving you some advice. I had a good experience at your facility. How ever, I do have some recommendation where you can provide even better service.1 For couples or anyone booking the full package set them up with first, massage, then sauna and then finally the scrub. That way they are good to go right after the scrub shower.2 Invest in some scrubbing creams and better scrubs. The servers did scrub us but there was no scrubbing cream, its was simply a soap.I would recommend this place, and yes we will be going back to Emily and Jennifer.

I went to this spa yesterday. It was so nice lady service me. Her name is Rose. I got 1 hour body massage and 1 hour Hot Rock Sauna. After body massage get in sauna room, make me very relaxing. My low back pain much better. I will say very good.

Have been many times and was pleased with service. However, lately it has gone downhill. Recently saw Claire who followed me into the change room after my massage, stood in front of the door, and demanded a $100 tip. She said the manager doesn't pay the masseuses anything out of the money paid up front. This is the worst but not the first time something like this has happened. Not likely to return.

Great experience! I went in for body scrub and sauna, and from the moment I came in the staff were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The srub was great and sauna was nice. Excellent customer service, I will definitely come back again.

This Hot Rock Sauna Spa is new owner. No more old people and not the same person. Inside is not the same if you go you will know. I don't believe that this kind the business. I don't go again.

Had a nice body scrub experience with Isabelle....followed by nice massage!! Whole body felt relaxed and rejuvenated!!

We had a very nice and relaxing time here. The staff very great, super friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a nice experience. They even offered us to warm up in their sauna prior to our body scrubs. The srubs were great! The facilities were very clean. We will be back.

I'm always in good hands when I book a one hour apt.
