great service at the mechanic shop. they were very patient and answered all my questions even with the lineup behind me. changed my flat tire in 5 minutes. highly recommended

They were super helpful when we arrived just before closing time to get a new bike for my son and they stayed after hours to make sure we left with the bike that day. Very responsive and reasonable prices.

Haven't ridden a bike for 30 years. A nice gentleman hooked me up with a sweet ride and was patient enough to answer all my questions and teach me some basic knowledge I probably should have known. Spoke to me in English too, which was helpful.

I have bought some basic accessories here (lights, water bottles). I had a good experience with the staff. I did feel like the selection was less than other bike stores. The prices were about the same.

Nice shop, but labour/repairs are overpriced.... Mechanic rarely available, must call to see if hes in that day. Not very reliable.

Had my bike serviced at this shop. The service was quick even during the bike boom. Would recommend 10/10!

Very courteous, helpful and honest/transparent on all the small details of the bike universe. On the phone, they advised me on a bike trainer, reserved it and offer to fit it to my cassette for free since they were backorder on cassettes. Will buy my next bike here.
