STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEWorst car wash ever. The wash has automated rails where you need to align your wheels and once on the track you cant do anything but sit like a toad and see your car go through. At times there are things on the track that get stuck underneath the car. Just like today, when a dry wall mix bucket that was already on tracks when my car entered the wash. I couldnt do anything but wait for my car to come out of the wash from the other side.The bucket caused potential damage to the front and bottom of the car so much that a tow truck had to be called to get the bucket off from beneath the car.Worst experience ever. The site manager Jaspreet Singh is the most unfriendly person you can ever meet who needs to be reminded that its not customer's issue if your car wash has caused damage to the car during the wash.If the owner is reading this review, start looking for a replacement, this guy wont be good for your business in long run. The employee on duty was far more friendly and stayed calm during the whole episode till the time the car was back in running condition and the stuck bucket was taken off from below the car by the tow truck called.Good luck with your business. I am taking my gas and car wash needs to another business elsewhere. Hope others will read this and many more reviews to stay away from this business.

Worst car wash ever. Paid $15 and my van still dirty same as before car wash. When I complained I got another car wash but same result. Attendant said I have to clean all these hard to clean dead bug by hand before getting it washed. Why am I paying $15 if I have to clean it own my own. Not recommended at all. Attached pictures are after car wash twice.

I went for car wash and the scanner there is not working so I called for assistance and the guy just said yes from the microphone and didn’t even answer for the question , I again pressed for the assistance and the response was same “yes” . It was very bad experience , so I went from there without washing .it was I think after 11 pm

I keep coming here to fill up on gas because they are usually priced lower than what's in town. Or they are just faster at lowering their prices or longer to raise their prices. So, just to support them, I buy from the store and get my car washes here.The staff is usually rather business like and efficient. I don't mind as long as I get in and out quickly.

I went to do a carwash, and as soon I get out from the machine, my car came with a flat tire, the rolls broke the valve, talk to the personnel there and they told me that they are not responsable for anything. That was on the 24 at 5 pm, have to leave the car there until today.

Very bad, after putting coins vacuum doesn’t start. Don’t come at this location.Very rude employee in gas station

Awful, just got a car wash if you want to call it that , what a mess, all fine scratches on my beautiful Jeep Cherokee where there was none, the hood and roof are filthy, it did a horrible job, for $15, rip off, only noticed this mess once I got home so upset never again the so called soft wash it is not, smelled like cat pee after we left and we don’t have a cat, fresh water I doubt it,so mad , the car is a mess, have to do it all by hand now, and try to get to remove the fine line scratches , my nice car that I take care of, keep away from other cars to avoid bumps and scratches, so upsetting.Very unacceptable, never again, petro Canada,Long time petro can customer, no more, wish I had seen it before I left, but what would they have done oh sorry, maybe go through again , no way.

DO NOT BUY PETRO CANADA GIFT CARDS. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR OWN GIFT CARDS. PETRO CANADA HEAD OFFICE IS AWARE OF THIS AND DOES NOTHING !!! SCAM
