Vinguard Systems Inc

I have previously etched my 2010 Liberty and my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country with Vinguard. Both time years apart I was satisfied with both the product and the service. However, on October 25th 2019 I ordered and paid for a kit to etch my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Today is December 7th and despite many phone calls, corresponding and getting promise for either refund or delivery via Facebook, Nothing and now if you are on their website their telephone is disconnected and calls to the alternate number go unanswered. I cannot recommend this company to anyone at this time. Better to seek an alternate source for this type of product. If by chance I do receive what I paid for or am refunded my payment I will post what happened. Dec 11th contacted by Vinguard asking if I had received my kit yet? NOT! Restated address and replied so we shall see what happens. Dec 12th received in mail today and am pleased with quality of this product. I will most likely use Vinguard again in about 5 years time when I buy my next new Jeep
