Rick is great! I had an old WAIT brand whole home humifier whole built in thermostat was not functioning. Rick gave me all the options and he was patient enough to answer all my question and gave me a short lesson on whole home humifiers. He installed a new thermostat and wired it to the furnace, to trigger the whole home humidifier system. This solution was the most economical for me and the work done is impeccable. I would recommend Rick and About comfort air to anyone with HVAC needs. He is a honest gentleman who cares for his customers and specializes in his field with confidence.

We had to replace our rental hot water tank and decided to go with a tankless system instead. At first we were worried that if was going to be difficult to deal with a replacement during these COVID-19 times but Rick was very prompt with our communication and within a week of contacting him we has our tank installed. Rick and his associate was very professional and clean when installing our Rinnai tankless water heater. And we were very happy with our service.

I was lucky enough to find Rick and About Comfort about 7-8 years ago through an ad in Kijiji...and have used him several times ever since.I find his prices very reasonable and the work is of the highest quality.Rick has even come to my rescue on a hot, hot Sunday afternoon last August to fix my a/c unit that quit without notice. I contacted several contractors and received a few quotes. Rick's quote was reasonable but the main reason why I decided to go with Rick is because he appeared very professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly HONEST. It was such a pleasure dealing with him as he was soft spoken, patient, accommodating and not 'pushy'. He is certainly a man of his words, his advice were unbiased and he kept my interests above his own. For instance, Rick was leaving on vacation and offered to temporarily fix my A/C so it would work during the heat wave while he was away. In addition, instead of over-selling different products and services he found the ways to save me money while not compromising the quality of service.He and his partner did an impeccable job and I am super satisfied!! They were timely, clean, and creative. I have already recommended him to my friends and without any hesitations will continue doing that in the future. Thank you, Rick!! We had our furnace replaced by About Comfort after the old one broke down for good. This was well into the winter and Reza responded very quickly. He took the time to check and explain the issue and provided a very good value furnace installed with a very short turn around.The work was of high quality and completed professionally.Reza was very helpful and responsive before, during and after the work. I wouldn't hesitate to look him up next time we need heating or ac services.
