Two ladies working today were so nice and made sure I got my points. My cashier receipt said it was Zenaida that assisted me.Nice and friendly staff.If you are a make-up enthusiastic like me it is all fully stocked.

Absolutely the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever seen at a pharmacy. Don't bother going to this dump of a pharmacy. You may walk out needing some anti anxiety pills by the time there through with you! Highest dispensing fees in the city also.

The pharmacist staff (2 ladies) are extremely unprofessional, incredibly rude and dismissive. They have been the worst medical staff I have ever dealt with. They didn't have my prescription in stock which i completely didn't blame them for but kindly asked if they could fax my prescription to the nearby pharmacy as i needed this prescription asap and they said yes and then they never sent it, would not pick up my call or the pharmacist's call. They were not busy at all, I came back and called them when i was there and i watched them blatantly ignore my call, when they saw me they picked up and said that they weren't going to talk to me anymore just to have the new pharmacy contact them. My new pharmacy called them again and again they ignored the calls, i called them from another number and they picked up immediately. My new pharmacist sent a fax and they claim to never get it . I cannot believe they would withhold someone's medication for absolutely no reason. Do yourselves a favour and go to the pharmacy at shoppers just a few min walk from this Rexall - their staff there is actually magnificent at shoppers.

Do not deal with this location. Every month for the last 6 months there has been an issue when picking up my prescription. It’s been out of stock 3 different times where they did not tell me until the day it ran out and I was already there to pick it up. They never answer the phone or process my requests sent in from the app. Whenever I go into the store there is always a massive line to wait in as well.

Went in and was confused on were the cough and cold medcine was as I was confused alot a store employee named mo approached me he had asked me very politely and very respectfuly what I was looking for and how he can help make my day much easier I greeted this young man and told him how I needed help finding a good cough and cold medicine he assisted me in such a manor it made me happy I chose rexall not only did he show me where the medcine was he recommended a very good choice it has helped me recover very nicely since I got it on Friday I would always chose this location and this specific employee to assist me again in the future if you go to this location look for and employee named mo he is really helpful and will assist you take care all I hope this info helps others one day

While I agree that phoning any pharmacy is impossible these days, I have to commend some of the pharmacy staff for the excellent job they do in person. Janet and Rafida(?) have gone out of their way to help me countless times and Teresa does know her job despite the rude comment below. The other gentleman who is a regular assistant is also great. I wish I knew more names, but generally find the pharmacy staff knowledgeable and patient despite often working tough conditions. I’m sure it’s not easy keeping a sense of humour dealing with the lack of manners of some of the people shocked that they have to wait for anything. These guys are great!

I agree with many of the reviews. The make up lady is useless, the customer service women are useless and extremely rude to all ages and they always try to overcharge and there is one lady that constantly is making mistakes and thinks she can get away with it. I trust there’s been a few times people have purchased something where they only got one and they were charge two or three times for the same product. You have to watch customer service there when they are cashing you out, Especially one of those customer service women.

Cashier at front end of store yesterday has got to be the most unprofessional and lack of customer service ever. Didnt ask me for my points card, didnt ask me or bag my items. No greeting. I would never go back to this store again. Learn some customer service skills lady!

Customer service representatives awful; slow and lack engagement. Pharmacist on call today could not answer a simple question this afternoon: Do you sell rapi test Covid kits"?- I waited over 15 minutes on hold to ask the question. Terrible service. Zero helpfulness. No affective commitment. Not the first time I've experienced this horrible service at this location. I've lived in the neighborhood for 8 years. I give them a ZERO."
