I got there at 4:46 yesterday. The doors were locked. The cleaning staff was already there. I was told that do to staff shortage they could not service any more people and had to CLOSE EARLY!!!Nothing like wanting to work harder and more efficiently to process the public.

The public servant behind the counter was condescending and confrontational this morning.I worked a 29 year career in the public service.To the young lady with nice glasses behind the counter, it is good to remember the source of your income.
