A little over $3 for a drop in rate and they have a nice stretching room, weights and equipment, two treadmills, squash court, and ice rink.

I recently visited the Robson Valley Recreation Centre in McBride, BC and had a great time! The center offers a range of amenities, including squash courts, a fitness center, and other indoor sports facilities.One thing that stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff. They were helpful and approachable, making me feel welcome and comfortable during my visit. The facilities were also clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.The fitness center was well-equipped with cardio and strength training equipment, allowing me to get a good workout in. Although I didn't use the squash courts, they looked clean and well-maintained as well.Overall, I would definitely recommend the Robson Valley Recreation Centre to anyone looking to stay active and have fun in McBride. The friendly staff and well-maintained facilities make for a great experience, and there are plenty of activities to choose from to keep you engaged and entertained.
