TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Terrible experience and lack knowledge.. Employees do not know how to do something as simple as a wire transfer. Went in twice with all necessary information and yet they still did not get the job done . Additionally, employees gave different/conflicting instructions? Not helpful at all. Went to another branch and was successful. Save your energy.

We had an appointment at 5:00pm, Sophia Hu help us to setup an investment account.We were put at ease with her positive attitude and more so with her profound knowledge of the system.The process flowed smoothly with no glitches.TD should be proud to have an asset in Sophia.We will tell all our friends to call on Sophia for advice when at this branch.Keep up the positive Attitude and your Great work.

Shirley Shui has no knowlege of what she is doing, she is not willing to help customers. Plus, with terrible attitude and whisper voice of communication with you.Avoid her as much as you can~

Jacqulyn made sure someone can open a new account for me despite all the offices were full with clients. Jack Wu provided all the information for me and gave me the best option. The fish tank was the cherry on top where children can feed the fish. It was a great experience overall, thanks again!

Tough crowd. I've been going to this branch for a while and while wait times can be longer, but not that much variance from competitors. Staff is friendly and efficient.UPDATE: Vanessa Li was fantastic in helping to open accounts. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Line is sometimes long but this branch is actually very friendly and helpful. TD is by far the best bank I’ve used in Canada and the US. They’re about as courteous as it gets in banking.

Horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. They told me to leave and call TD easy line instead of even attempting to help. Complete waste of time. Never experienced this low level of service after 15 years of banking with TD.

Be prepared to stand in line for more than an hour every time you come here to do business. Because everyone is slow. No matter how long the people in line will be standing. Simple Things There are three people talking at a counter. And the manager in the back is still drinking coffee. It's the slowest branch in the world.

I bought in my backdraft for deposit, I'm also with a business account. The teller told me the cheque has to be hold for 5 business days. Can anyone tell me so what's the point I asked my client to do a bankdraft and it also cost extra service fees? Even I use photo deposit just like today I'm able to use part of the fund and the rest holds 5 business as well. I never experience this in other TD location yet but I'm considering switching all my business and personal funds to a better bank. Ridiculous.

I've been in business for over 10yrs, only at this branch have I experienced having to waste over 45 minutes to deposit 8 cheques into a trust account. The bank managers have no idea what they are doing here. I would normally come to this branch every few weeks like clock work when I visit my Toronto branch - but yet they treat you like you're new to the branch just because they frequently have teller turn overs. I will just go to the Warden S. Of Finch branch from now on. I've never had issues with them..I just thought I could also rely on this branch to make the commute a little easier. I can't believe an institution can treat you like a stranger when you're constantly using their branch for business..now I'm not surprised for their terrible reviews.
