I went into Starbucks today at Third Line and Dundas in Oakville. (Feb. 13, 2022 at 11:30AM) I ordered the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, specifically with LIGHT ICE. I have ordered it before with regular ice and it takes up the whole drink. So I know now to ask for Light Ice EVERY TIME. However, this store did not read the label that said Light Ice and they gave me Full Ice (pictures included). This means I got 3 sips out of my drink and I paid $6 for a pile of Ice. I won't be going back to this location ever and it makes me wonder if Starbucks is even worth going too anymore. Especially after a few bad experiences with them not getting my drink done correctly. I am finally saying something because Starbucks is expensive and I'm not wasting my money on something that is unsatisfactory.

VERY slow. I waited 10 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me and 3 staff. Staff are busy but not serving customers

It is so nice they have plenty of tables and seats indoor for hot summer days…. parking is also easy.

Didn’t have my order, suggested something different. Tasted like warm water. Gave a venti cup which wasn’t filled to the top. Asked for extra hot - which they couldn’t do either. Place should be shut down.

Walked in this morning to the dullest group of baristas. Place my order, they were efficient however when I asked for stickers to cover my three coffees, totally almost $20, I was handed a pad?! I am an avid starbucks goer and this was just really disappointing service first thing in the morning…the extra star is just for efficiency alone

Ordered a grande Paradise drink (pineapple juice with with “green tea” and bits of frozen pineapple and ice). As you can see half of the cup is ICE! I paid $6.72 almost $7 for juice with half full ice! This is ridiculous. I can only see sales going down for Starbucks when they rip off people like this.
