From this location I bought 2 pairs of glasses, and a set of contacts. Their staff are amazing, especially Kenton. He has helped me change frames a couple times, and has assisted me in all possible way to try and find comfortable contact lenses as well. An amazing employee who cares about his customers. Also, Dr. Surani is very professional and was patient to answer all of my questions during my eye exam, finding me a prescription that is just right for me. 10/10 recommend, amazing customer service! (Hillcrest Location)

I have just picked up my third pair of glasses from Mark Wallach at Specsavers, Hillcrest. I was very impressed with my first purchase which also included a comprehensive eye exam from the resident optometrist, my first in 5 years. I was also impressed with their very extensive diagnostic equipment, quite thorough and modern hardware. My glasses came in ahead of schedule and were perfect. The latest transition lenses are very quick to respond, and eliminates the need to carry extra pairs while travelling. Thanks again Specsavers and the experienced team at Hillcrest!

The after sales customer service at this particular Specsavers branch is just incredible. A genuine error made by me, the client, was rectified by them without any fuss. There was no finger pointing, no accusations, no rolling of the eyes even though the error was completely mine. The Lead Optician was wonderful in explaining the whole contact lenses process to me thoroughly and with extensive knowledge. Specsavers also has so many choices for frames, with kind staff to accompany the visit.
