Don't come to this place! At their Barrie location, I waited for one hour to return the car! No one was in their office. Called 4 times, every time they said he would be back in 5 to 10 minutes, which turned out to be 1 hour. I am still waiting now! Getting really mad.Finally returned the car, waited 1 hour 15 minutes in total. The guy said he went to Toronto and whom I talked to on the phone didn't want me to know that. I could used the time much better if known what's going on.Another update. I got charged 400 dollar for two days of rental because I didn't read the fine print in the agreement which says 250 dollar will be charged if the car is rented for less than 21 days. Fine, because they delivered the car to me fast on a Sunday afternoon.Now the car was returned over a week, they still locked my credit card for 1000 dollar, and it will not be released for another 24 days. Called them again, they said there was nothing they could do. This is crazy. Is this legal? I am totally pissed by this rental company. Bottom line, call insurce company directly after involved in an accident; don't believe what recommended to you by the tow truck driver who hunts around for accident scenes.

Very good service. We rented a car for almost 4 weeks because our car broke so we went car shopping. Quality car rentals gave us a good deal for their car rental after the first week. I also appreciate their flexibility with regards to the fees. Staff and owner are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this car rental.

Had a good experience with Quality Car Rentals. They delivered a rental car to me at my body shop last minute and even waited a bit for me to arrive.The first car I was given had tires that wasn't great for the winter roads so I requested a different car with better tires. John on the phone was very understanding and apologetic (though he didn't have to be) and they checked me into another car with no problems.Great customer service.
