TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Happy to have found this branch just as I needed it! The queue wasn't bad at all it moved fast. Staff were helpful and I'm glad the floors weren't slippery

I had a bad experience with this branch as having an account in a bank that does not offer any use to their ATM after hours is so inconvenient that it’s own members are forced to use other institutions and pay other bank fees at their own risk. There must be a better solution.

Great Place to Bank. Great Service here as Well. Had an Issue and it was Dealt with Professionally and Efficiently. This Place is Great Don't Listen to the Negative Reviews. People, Who Barely Review or only Negatively Review, Need to Vent. Also Covid Sucked Sorry Not Sorry You to Wait Outside. TD is Awesome!

Worst bank in Canada. Specifically this branch employees have zero knowledge about customer service. Trying to waste clients time and money. They are taking customers money with screwing overdraft policies. Today one of the retailers named start with S just showed me how unprofessional people TD hired. Changing words in few minutes, Doesn’t even value customers time. Very unhelpful. I Just closed my account with them. No more deals with TD

Very unprofessional people working here. They make personal comments about my finances and don’t care about crossing boundaries. I don’t understand how they can say such sensitive things. I go to this bank for one thing and walk out with judgements and envious comments from its employee, most recently a female employee.This bank really needs to train its employees on only focusing on the work the customer asks for and avoid personal talk and judgements.Go somewhere else if possible.

I am Been dealing with TD bank for almost 25 years I will never understand the bank supposed to help their client But this is the only bank who never even help me as client even I have a Checking account business account and saving account. I ask the business account manager Kenneth Lee who I know him personally since 2015 he is the one opened my business account for my restaurant Dewan E Khass he knows I don't ow any money to no one I am paying my bills one time but for som how not to help me for line of credit no personal or business if I ask resion they will say I thing you are not qualified I will surprise I have 700 credit score and he is making excuses to not apply for me line of credit even one time I was so made walk in to his office and told him I have no benefit from TD bank or help from you as client of TD BANK. There policy is to just serve there account pay your bills but don't ask for help if you need lone or line of credit. After my frustration I open my account in CIBC bank I believe this is the best bank who really helped there client the day I opened my account in CIBC bank the same day they give personal line of credit for 35000 dollars without even asking for and they give me 100 thousand dollar of line of credit for business account. They treat me with respect and help me as client of CIBC bank. They do there jobs to help their client. I opened my business account there today I took all my money out from my business account from TD bank 100k and deposit in CIBC bank on Fraser no more dealing with TD BANK I west my time even i like there hours they opened until late but really disappointed of their service. The people who work as clerk on desk they are a good people but don't ever get hope from manager Kenneth or any one will help you for line of credit or loan.

If I didn't have automated payments going thru my account I wouldn't even be here!Today, bank employee standing infront (inside bank) with clipboard, looks like she's going to take customer names before entry. I point to inside bank (not using the ATM), she tells me to walk through the door. If she hadn't been blocking the entrance (for no worthwhile reason) I would simply have walked in on my own & no, she never took name, asked for ID or inquired to service I needed. Same deal on the way out, but again if you hadn't blocked egress I would have exited without you're having to point to the door....if you aren't doing anything productive get out of the way.Never fails, six cashiers and it takes 10 minutes for me to speak to someone & I am the only person in line. Just a regular day at the TD BANK......frustrating as heck & I have yet, of 20 years as branch (close to home) been here when there isn't a line up or delayed service for something as simple as getting a replacement bank card, etc, I was there to turn in 5 rolls of coins, can't be that difficult, they're already rolled.

Been here once used ATM as I was passing through from errands in the area, I love td, no problems from any branch I visit even though I'm a stranger in that Area

Ordered a CC and had to pick it up in the branch. Got a call telling me I had to bring one (1) piece of ID. Get to the branch and I'm asked for two. Teller explained it's because most customers have a debit card with TD which counts for the other piece, but they wouldn't take a debit card from another bank as ID. Huge waste of time.Edit: Went back and the teller who gave me my card didn't record my IDs down. When I called to activate I was told I had to go back AGAIN. FOR THE 3RD TIME. Never bank with TD if you can help it.

What kind of ATM that only work from 6AM to 8PM??? Why only at this branch? This is the worst ATM spot in the world!!!
