I went to the store and store owner told me if i need my computer faster( which i needed it as soon as possible, because i work with it) , to take my computer to his person’s house to fix it. I took my computer and after 2 days he told me , had family emergency and didn’t have time to fix. I took my computer back and the following week i called him and this time , he promised me he will fix and return the computer by next day. But unfortunately was not right and i asked him to give him one more day. But again he texted ke in the morning that he cant fix my computer and had none sense excuses. I told him i need my computer and were willing to go get my computer from his house. But he was asking me to pay him $50. I dont know why do i have to pay anything when he caused me to travel back and forth 5 times. And didnt do anything.I thought i should share this to everyone. He has too much problems and not take responsible.

Great place. Went in to fix my portable hard drive and it took 10 minuets for a super cheap price. Definitely recommend

Good Guys Computer repaired my computer from water damage which I thought was completely lost. I thought that I would have to buy a new laptop. There service is exceptional and they are very helpful. They are a honest small business and the name truly represents the company and the service they provide. Thanks for everything Good Guys, also nice to know there are Good Guys out there willing to help you in a time of need.

I came here for my printer can’t work very well, and I know it because the printer head was blocked. And I told the guy, he said he needs to check. But during his checking, I find he had no experience with repairing a printer, And cost half hour to check, then he told me the printer head was blocked, he can’t fit it, then charge for $20. Then told me should go to Island inkjet, I feel I wast my time and I need pay for it. It’s a bad experience.Then I go to Island inkjet, they charge $50 for repair the printer, if can’t repair it charge free.

This guy is absolutely untrustworthy. He tells you one price ok the phone and when you go into his store and takes your electronics he charges you double... And what choice do you have but to pay... Since he is holding on to your belongings.DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF FOR REPAIR HERE!

The owner look nice and friendly but he Charged me a expensive price for windows reinstallations. This guy doesn't do him self. He take extra from you and give the job to some one else. Using very old version of the windows. When I get the computer and there ware still problems he told me stories and send me to some one else.Also tried to sell me antivirus package for much higher price compare to the market. DO NOT RECOMEND

I met with Steve this afternoon and had a great conversation. He is very knowledgeable and eager to help people with all types of computer needs. I would recommend visiting Good Guys Computer especially now that businesses are opening up.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - Brought a laptop in for repair. Was told they would need to take it in and check on the screen price before we could go ahead. Without any mention of costing.Received a call the next day from the guy saying it would be $700 to repair. I said at that price I would not be interested. I then asked the guy what I owed him for his time to check it out. He said $40 I said no problem. I was at work the next day, so I sent my Fiance to pick up the laptop, he charged her $100!!! Completely disgusting business practice here.I read some interesting" bad reviews before coming to this place but thought I'd give them benefit of the doubt.Don't do the same!"Bad guys computers" would be a far more fitting name. You only get so far by treating people this way

It was a pleasure dealing with Steve at Good Guys Computers. He was very personable, professional and conscientious, taking pride in his work and trade. After I left with with my computer that HP said was obsolete, it was working better than when I got it new. Steve's workmanship is exceptional and he was very easy to talk to. I would like to thank Steve for looking after us and would highly recommend him and Good Guys Computers Inc.

Great experience going there. The owner did not charge me labour fastball while going through the COVID19. It was his way of giving back to the community in hard times. Fixed an old computer fast and perfectly. Great talking with him too. Professional, friendly, honest and great price.What more do you want from a business?Go there for your computer needs and more!
