Lots of selection! My only complaints - no customer washroom and they only took cash! I would have bought much more!

Late Sept 2022. Vintage items from some vendors in a not big store. Brighter lighting might improve visitor feeling and traffic, business. Could not find ideal one rhis time. No public washroom, sorry.

Amazing staff! Amazing merchandise. Love this store! Always find treasures at an excellent price. Staff are reasonable with prices. The number one best auction in town and Surrounding area! Love love love!!! Clean! Ample parking.

I have really got to stop coming to this place - I never seem to leave empty handed (and always something I want to go back for).The curse of antique collecting I guess.

Huge variety of vintage items. Good prices on used DVDs. A usual stop when in the area. The lady in the right hand shop is a good advocate for other shops in the area.

With 100s of online global auction purchases from platforms like; The Saleroom, Auction Zip, Easy Live Auction, Hibid, ICollector, eBay, Delcampe, Stamp Auction Network etc with no issues, Gallery 15 easily stands out as the worse customer experience to date. Very quick in attempting to harvest payment before issuing invoice and extremely slow to manage packaging & postage (6 weeks).Gallery 15 agreed to ship to my address in France instead of the registered address but sent it to the registered address anyways and only then after numerous prompts with emails and a money transfer for P&P because they simply failed to provide me with a price to do so.If it were a large and bulky item, a delay in determining P&P would be a reasonable expectation. The purchase was only that of a lot of 13X cigarette silks and when packaged properly for shipment would easily be in a 23cm X 17cm envelope weighing approximately 100gms.I provided help to Gallery 15 to determine a cost for postage from Canada to France by providing examples from previous purchases from Canadian vendors of similar online Auction platforms which were clearly not heeded.Even after a phone call in speaking with a Gallery 15 employee to explain everything that was discussed in previous emails, I was assured that everything was in order. It took another prompt with an email requesting information for the shipment 1 week after the phone call before it was finally shipped but to the wrong address.

Multi-vendor place so quite a spread in terms of items. However, the place smells so much like mildew we ended up leaving with headaches after just a few minutes.
