I visited in the morning as walk in and was told to wait somewhere else and they would text me within an hour.An hour and half later, I asked the from the desk and there were 15 walk in people still in the queue ahead of me! At that rate, there was no way they would have got to me within the hour in the forst place , unless they had a dedicated person to process the walk-ins. I seriously doubt they would have a dedicated person.Anyway, I could not atay all day due to lack of child care and returned home. I had tried to book an appointment but there was non for 3 weeks and the dr had ordered me to do the test within the week.My advice: stay away from this clinic.By making walkins wait somewhere else you cannot even visually assess how bad it is unless all your morning is wasted!

Like most people I work for a living so I decided to book ahead rather than wait around for hours with a walk in appointment as I just don’t have that kind of time to waste.My appointment was 2:40 and still I had to wait 55 minutes to be seen. Sure the clinic was busy but that’s no excuse to mismanage patient care like this, with no regard for our time.Luckily the nurse I saw was very lovely and apologetic - but she shouldn’t be put in this position to apologize if the management got their act together and scheduled appropriately.Do better Dynalife.

Dynamite is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their organization is atrocious and they’re not compassionate or empathetic whatsoever. I had an appointment booked and have been waiting over two hours while they let walk ins ahead of me. I have been fasting for over 16 hours because of their lack of organization. I will never be returning to this location and i will continue to contact dynamics until changes are made. This is ridiculous no one should have to deal with this treatment

The soonest appointment available is 3 weeks away so I had to do walk-in. I checked the walk-in wait times online when I arrived and it said 30 minutes. Staff said “we’ll text when we’re ready for you to come back”, which took 30 minutes to receive that text. But since then I’ve been waiting for over 1.5 hours and still not seen. So it’s actually been over a 2 hour wait when the website said 30 minutes. This is a terrible system.

Long waits even with an appointment. Inefficient system that causes great delays for each patient. Staff appear to be over worked with extra tasks to complete now and that gives them less time taking blood. This new Dynolife system has made this process worse.

Always long wait time whether or not you have appointment. Too many steps. They put your name in computer and ask you to wait. Then step 2, take your requisition and ask you to wait. 3rd step, they call you in the room and wait. Step 2 is different for walk in. They text you and ask you to wait. Then they call to take requisition and wait...

It is so crazy. We have to wait for very long time. They said only need wait for one hour, however, it is four hours. Maby you can tell me the truth so I can do something in the morning. When I received message, I still need wait for one hour. Please update the system. So stupid. I prefer to paid to have the test. I can do many things in these uncertain waiting time.

Something is wrong with the process at this place. I was forced to do a walkin because I could not wait so long for an appointment. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and only saw a single person check in for an appointment. All the checkins were people walking in. Do they only offer one appointment per hour?!?! No wonder it takes 6 weeks to get an appointment!! Very low standard of patient care.I arrived at 7:15 and was told it would be a 50 min wait, so I figured I’d be seen at about 8:05. I was number 27 on the wait list. So that means the’d be seeing 30 patients per hour, seems reasonable. But, at 8:00, I was 12 on the list, meaning they only see approx. 15 patients per hour!! At 8:00, there was also a person still waiting for their 7:00 appointment. So, I left.

I walked in. Arrived at 6.45There were about 15 people already in. I submitted my docs and was asked to take a seat. After about 30 mins, i was called and then the blood was taken. Then the cardio and that's it. Was dobe 7.40.Everything was good.

As someone who hates needles and was very apprehensive about getting blood work, I had a great experience here.The reception was efficient and friendly. I had an appointment at 12pm and was out by 12:20.The best part of my experience was the woman who took my blood. I unfortunately forget her name but I am very grateful for her kindness. She realized immediately my nervousness and did a great job of being both direct & efficient and thoughtful & patient. She did a great job of the process itself too, finding a vein right away and being very quick with the draw!
