Had a really good experience today! Needed the zipper on my down jacket replaced and he did it all within a couple hours of me calling. Great price as well!Would definitely recommend :)

Lovely owner, who helped me when I was in a hurry. I only had 1 day in Nelson while on a hiking/roadtrip, and the seams of my hiking boots were splitting. He fixed them thoroughly within 24 hours, and his price was crazy low. Totally recommend this place to anyone.

Went here to get my Timberland boots re-soled. Got them upgraded to Vibram soles which were better than my original. Great service very reasonable price. Recommended for reviving your loved old pair of shoes.

I drive with my partner all the way to Nelson from Cranbrook to have my very favorite boots zipper repaired. Cranbrook doesnt have a shoe or boot repair store so Deans Shoe repair is the closest.Dean is friendly, prompt and the prices are AMAZING. My boots like brand new now!!

I had a fantastic shoe-fixing experience. The strap of my favourite shoes snapped on one side. The owner ended up reinforcing BOTH sides with matching leather just incase the other were to give out in the future. He also added a new heel and leather piece so my feet are more comfortable, without me even asking. I am so happy. It was also half the price compared to the quote from the other shoe service in town. I would definitely use this business again with other shoes.
