My wife and I came here Intrigued by the good reviews and products, but was not as we expected, did not get greeted or told about the promotion when we walked in but everyone else behind us were greeted with a warm welcome and great customer service. Seems as if the employees are racist to us or thought we could not afford anything. What a horrible place to come to shop for baby items, they had wonderful products but the customer service was 0/10, even when we came to the till to purchase they were still uptight, never coming here again for anything, don't shop here if you're not white. I'd give this a 0/5 star review, but the products deserve a 1 star.

Great first experience at the store today! Fill ya bag for $49 is a great deal. I'm not sure if i was more excited about the clothing deal or the FREE snacks she provides around the store!! Definitely helps if you're shopping pregnant or with a toddler at hand... lovely store, beautifully designed too.. in every corner there's something cute and beautiful to look at. Very kid friendly!!

Reclaim is a very special store. It has very little to do with what they sell (although they have lots of amazing stuff for all the prego mamas and their sweet babies) but everything to do with Janel and her staff. The ladies of reclaim make everyone feel welcome and heard. Their groups on Monday and Wednesday are a great place to go when you feel like you need a community.

Always love going in there. Very friendly staff, their social media is hilarious and they are always very helpful. The stock they have is amazing. Both new and used which is totally my jam. Plus, the amazing community support they provide with their weekly meet ups is top notch. This is the store Saskatoon needs!

Can not say enough great things about this place! The prices are fabulous! The people that work there are truly amazing! The atmosphere is so warm! Their podcast is hilarious! The groups are welcoming! Every mom needs to set foot in this place at least once, you will never go anywhere else!

I love this place and continue giving such a wonderful store my business. Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. The amount of affordable products is great and I love the pre-loved clothes sections. I started shopping here when I was pregnant and asked for advice and guidance on some things to purchase, which everyone was so willing to help me out. Now that I have my little one, when we stop in, they greet us both and on multiple occasions, they have offered to watch him while I grab the things I need. Very welcoming place that I definitely feel deserves a metal or two.

Bubs and I LOVE Reclaim. The support we have received from the folks at the shop has helped us get through some dark postpartum days. We love that it is more than a store. It’s a community! We also love shopping, of course! We just got home from shopping the fill-a-bag sale. It feels good to be able to clothe my kiddos without breaking the bank AND while supporting local. I love coming in here!! It’s such a welcoming space with snacks, water, and a space for nursing. The clothes are great and the deals are even better! I recommend this place to everyone I know. I love the mix of new and used clothes so I can get what we need.
