I consulted Teri with regards to a special issue with our tenant. She is an active listener, very knowledgable and quick in suggesting solutions. The reason is that she listens to what you have to say as a landlord and asks appropriate questions based on experience, prior to making any conclusions and/or suggestions. A few paralegals may be strategic thinkers as much as she is. Would definitely recommend.

Terri is a very disorganized and unprofessional paralegal. Does not remember neither discussions nor written communications. Absolutely terrible at trials: mixes up details and makes faces instead of arguments or objections. This person simply preys on small Landlords and isn't suitable as legal representation.

I was referred to Teri by Steve Knowles, a realtor, who knew I needed assistance in dealing with difficult and demanding tenants. I was a first-time landlord and was in a predicament I had no experience navigating. The tenants were threatening me and calling the shots.Teri was a thorough professional and KNOWS the law! Teri should be getting more than five stars because she is amazing !! She was able to get an order for us to evict the tenant once and for all so that I could move in there despite the tenant creating wrongful allegations about our intentions.From the very first time I spoke to Teri, her confidence drew me in to conclude that she would be the best person to represent us. Her confidence was backed up by facts and by the law and that optimism poured into me and gave me hope in a situation where I wasn’t sure what would happen.She not only got us an order for the tenant to move out l but was able to negotiate a time for the tenant to move out sooner than later.She is so professional yet so personable. The best part is that she is very concise about everything, gets straight to the point and gets everybody focused on the actual matter at hand and the law behind it. I would not recommend Teri at all. She was more money hungry than focused on providing service. I am not the type to leave a negative review, however the worst was when we were charged 300 dollars for a phone call for her to refuse service right before our court date the next day. When asked why we were charged for this, her response was that it's not her duty to explain her fees and to just pay up or deal with collections. I feel that since my mom was an immigrant and English was her 2nd language, Teri took advantage of the situation and tried taking the most money from our pockets. Moreover, our case was not resolved and she was not helpful sending our legal documents to the next paralegal. Please avoid this paralegal if you don't want to be scammed!

Teri helped my mother and I with an incredibly complicated and difficult tenancy situation. She is very knowledgeable and professional but also cares genuinely about her clients. She also knows how to write a flawless email on her client's behalf when needed. Thank you Teri for all of your guidance and support!
